What information do we collect about you?
Fargo TOPS Dispatch collects device location information while a job is in progress. Fargo TOPS Dispatch also notifies Fargo Systems when a Fargo TOPS Dispatch job has been opened, hereby referred to as “app open statistics”.
Fargo Systems cannot identify the device or person that has accessed the app.
Who might we share the information with?
Fargo Systems do not have access to device location information. The sender of the Fargo TOPS Dispatch job may have processes in place to share the location of a specific shipment with the owner of the shipment.
Fargo Systems do not share “app open” statistics with third parties.
How long do we keep hold of your information?
Fargo Systems do not store any device location information. We have no interest in storing the “app open statistics” for longer than is required for the purpose of reporting. The “app open statistics” can not be used to identify a specific individual, device or app.
How can I access the information you hold about me?
